Congratulations on taking the effort to do something about your current lifestyle.

The information I will share with you in this document is not new. In fact the principle is as old as the bible and it has been used in business for the past 60 years.

I know you have probably been flooded with different opportunities but please do not stop reading this until you reach the end. Get all the information first before you make a decision. Never make a decision based on only half the information.

There are many work from home opportunities on the internet. All of them seem to have the answer. The problem is that a lot of them do not work. I have tried hundreds of them and by this time I know what works and what does not.

Are you working the 40/40 plan at the moment?

You will work for 40 years so that you can retire one day on 40% of your income in the form of a pension. Think about it. If you do not have enough money now, how will you survive on your pension which will only be about 40% of your income?

Are you planning to work for a boss for 40 years? Come on, you are an adult. Why would you allow another person to decide when you have to start and stop work, when you are allowed to go for tea, how much time you are allowed to spend with your children and how much time you are allowed to spend with yourself? You allow that person to take all of those decisions for you while you are enriching that very same person so that he can spend more time with his family and so that he can go and play golf whenever he wants to because YOU are doing the work and YOU are making him rich.

Look around you. Look at people who are working for a boss. Do they look happy? Do they look full of energy? Do they enjoy being stuck in traffic two or three ours per day? Do they run around helping other people all day? Do they look healthy or is stress killing them?

Do you think that is what God planned for us?

I do not think so. I think God wants us to be rich and happy. If you do not even have enough to keep your own family alive how will you be able to help others?

I think you get the picture. So lets move on to the business side. Let me show you one of the vehicles I use to obtain great wealth. At this point of time I work because I want to, not because I have to. I work because I love what I am doing. I can see the difference this business is making in the lives of others and that is what drives me.

The Business

You will always get sceptical people. These people normally make assumptions and comments without thinking what they say. Some very good examples of this are:

Lord Kelvin a Scientist in Great Britain who was president of the England Royal Society between 1890 and 1895 made the following three statements:

1.      “Radio has no future”

2.      “X-Rays are a hoax”

3.      “Heavier than air flying machines are impossible”

It is no wonder that the Italians invented the radio because the British were too busy listening to Kelvin. And it is a good thing that the Wright brothers did not have the radio to hear what he was saying.

We get this everywhere. As soon as somebody starts something new there will always be sceptics who try to run the idea down.

The industry I am involved in is also bombarded with scepticism by people who do not know what they are talking about and who do not bother to do their homework.

This industry has a brilliant compensation plan. It uses normal people like you and me to market products or services (relax I am not selling anything and will not expect you to do so either) and get paid on successful business. The problem with this is still that you get paid when you work. So let’s see what you can do to change that.

Let us assume that a company is willing to pay me R60.00 for marketing a service. The clients will be paying R125 per month for this service and for my effort I get paid R60.00 per month on the premium of each of the clients I enrolled for the service? Sounds great, that means that if I get 100 clients to join the business I will earn R6,000/month.

But why do all the work yourself. I am not always very keen on working hard.
I prefer to work smart. So I will go to my neighbour, friends, family and people who need money and tell them: “Hey, if you get people to subscribe to this service I will pay you R50.00 per month on the premium of each client you subscribe.”
Why would I want to give my money away?

We call this leverage. Let’s say I enter into a deal like that with only 10 people (my agents) and those people (my agents) each get 100 people to subscribe to the service. That means that we will now have in total 1010 people who subscribed to the service. I make R10 per month profit on each person and my “agents” each make R50/month on their clients. So each of them gets R5,000/month for their effort and I get R10,100 for my effort.

But look closely, I was the clever one. My effort to return ratio was much better than that of my agents. I only recruited 10 agents and THEY did all the work! Each of them recruited 100 clients, not me. In the example above I was prepared to give away more than 80% of my profit to other people but in the end I received back much more. If you give you will receive!

What will happen next is that one or two of those agents of mine will see what I am doing and they will decide to split the R50.00 they get with their friends and family.

So I get R60.00 per person from the company for my marketing efforts, I decided to give away R50.00 to my agents who do the work and now my agent decides to give away R30.00 of his R50.00 to the people he gets to do the work for him. He will now also be leveraging the time of others to his advantage.

You can see that all of this still comes from the original R60.00 which I received from the company I am doing the work for. I call this wealth distribution. I call this the best marketing concept the world has ever seen. Unfortunately some sceptics call it pyramid schemes. This is unfortunately where 60% of the people fall out of the bus and I truly hope that you will investigate the matter further before you just blindly follow the pre conceived ideas of those uninformed sceptics. By the way, if people are so afraid to join a “scheme” why do they all belong to a medical aid scheme?  You can also view a letter from an attorney stating that everything about this business is legal. If the “know it alls” around us know it all, why are they not filthy rich? Be careful from whom you take advice. Could your uncle Bob who services cars in his driveway for a living give you advice on becoming financially free? He might give you wonderful advice on running a “service the car in the driveway business”, but obviously he will not be able to give you advice on how to be able to live the lifestyle of your choice. If you need advice rather ask somebody who has made it and who is living a lifestyle of choice.

Although this business has to do with marketing you can rest assured there are no products involved. BIG BONUS. I tried those businesses as well and I think the worst thing one can do to earn a living is to go from door to door to sell products or to sell products to your friends which are overly expensive. So do not worry, we do not sell anything.

If you do not have any experience you need not worry about that either. Our company provides training and the best news is that you do not really need to know anything more about marketing than you currently know to make a success.

You might ask “but what do I know about marketing at the moment?”

All of us are marketing products on a daily basis, we just do not realise it. When was the last time you recommended a good movie to a friend? Or a nice restaurant you went to, or the wine you had? We all do it almost on a daily basis. Imagine if you go out lunch time to test drive your dream car. Guess what you will be doing when you get back to work? Yes, you will be marketing it to all your colleagues and the company who sells it will not pay you a cent.

All of us are TELLING other people about a great service we get, we are not SELLING it.

Those who are marketing fundies will of course obtain financial freedom much quicker because they can attract more people. But even if you go slow and you only get one new member into your business each month you will still be able to make a success. With the techniques we will teach you will also be able to attract a lot of clients to your business.

The business outline

Now that we are all clear on why we want to do this business and that it is a legal and ethical business we can continue with the details.

I have been involved in network marketing for the past 8 years. I tried just about every network in South Africa so by this time I know what works and what does not. As I mentioned earlier this marketing concept has been used in business for the past 60 years. The companies who started it 60 years ago are still running very big and very successful businesses. I am sure when they started 60 years ago the sceptics also said that it will never work, or what if it fails? but they are still there and they are among the biggest companies in America.

TIP: Please note that I say that I have been in network marketing for eight years but I also mention elsewhere that I started to make my fortune in the past two years. Achieving your dream might take you a while. It does not matter how long it takes you, what does matter is that you DO GET THERE. Because I tried just about all the networks in South Africa I can save you six years’ effort if you commit yourself to be in a winning team.

I also said that network marketing is a biblical principle. Who do you think was the biggest networker of all times? Who started with 12 men? He taught them what he knew and then instructed them to go out and teach other people to become as themselves? He started with only 12 men and today there are over 200 million people in that network! Figure that one out yourself.

The principle is the same. You will become a member of this business. You were told about the business by your mentor. Your mentor will teach you to do what he is doing. You will then go out and get people to join the business in your branch, you will teach them to do what you do. The process will duplicate itself over and over again.

This business is ideal for upliftment or empowerment projects. If you look at the simplicity and affordability of this business you will understand why I say that there does not have to be any poor people in South Africa.

The company which made this possible is called U-Care. They are based in Pietermaritzburg but we have presentations all over South Africa. They now have offices in Durban, Pietrmaritzburg, Welkom and Midrand (Gallagher Estates)

U-Care collects funds from its members (me and you) and distributes it to various charity organizations.

Yes, charity. Remember: “You must give in order to be able to receive” Zig Zigler said “If you help others to get what they want; you will get what you want”.

At first I did not believe this giving thing. I always thought that it was a way for the church to make money. One day I listened to a seminar of Randy Gage. His whole success in life and the millions he made is based on the principle of give and receive. So I decided to try it for a while. It is amazing how ones life changes. How opportunities just come on rolling up to you when you decide to do good to others.

The nice thing about the charities is that we do not have a physical product to sell. You do not have to study a manual explaining the benefits of 200 different products. All you have to do is get others to do well to their fellow men.

The law states that a business with a marketing structure like this one must have a product or service on offer. U-Care offers a service where funds are collected from its members and distributed to various charities in South Africa. Up to date (September  2008) U-Care donated more than R8 Million to charities and that after only 3 years of existence. Show me any other company in the world which is 3 years old and has donated more than R3 million rands towards charity. You will agree that this is a unique, world first, business. U-Care’s goal is to donate R1 million per month to charities. I am sure that we will reach that goal by the end of 2008.

U-Care started because the founder realised that there are two reasons why people do not contribute towards charity:

1. They do not know where the money is going to and

2. There is nothing in it for them

Be honest, when you stand in the line to buy your lotto ticket, do you think about all the poor hungry people you are going to help with your lotto money? Or are you thinking of the BIG ONE you are going to win this time?

For the first time you can donate towards your favourite charity each month AND you can earn an incredible income from this business. With U-Care everybody benefits.

Why I like this business is because the commissions are so high that you do not need hundreds of people in your business to earn an income. With only 8 people in your business you already cover your monthly cost. Will an extra R7000,00 per month make a difference in your life? If it will please keep on reading.

Keep in mind that to start a franchise, like for example a Something Fishy, will cost you about R1.2 million. You will then be on your feet the whole day until about 12 in the evening. You can take home between R20,000 and R60,000 per month depending on the location of your shop. NOW, compare that to a business that will cost you R125.00 per month, you will see one client per day, in a coffee shop, and a year from now you can be taking home R20,000.00 to R60,000 per month.

The difference is that with our business your income will increase every single month if you follow the guidelines. Currently you get an increase once a year. Another benefit with our system is that you will get your income whether you work or not!
I recently moved from Pretoria to Langebaan. For two months I was busy packing, moving, unpacking, etc. During this time I received a bigger commission than the previous months without doing anything for two months on my business. This is what we call a true passive income.

If R20,000 is a bit far in the future for you consider the following:

One of the presenters of U-Care (Jannie) signed up his gardener in U-Care a couple of months ago. His gardener is now earning R800.00 per month. R800.00 does not sound like much for most of us. But do you realize that R800.00/month is more than many domestic workers and gardeners in South Africa earn in a month? What this also means is that Jannie helped his gardener to have a job for the rest of his life. The gardener can never be un-employed ever again in his life. He will keep on getting his commission and probably an increase every month. Jannie realise that he soon will have to look for a new gardener, but the way I know Jannie I am sure he will help the new gardener as well to start his business and build a great future for him and his children.

After 23 months our top earner is earning just over R40,000 per month. This shows that you too can be earning that kind of money two years from now if you decide to take this business seriously.

Remember, you can bequeath this business or sell it, you will pay income tax on your profit, you can deduct business expenses from tax and you will look after your business. This is a real BUSINESS, this is not a THING.

Let's see how it works:

The minimum membership fee is R125.00 per month. Please note that there is NO registration fee, so you do not need any up front money to start your own business. The figures in the example below are all based on the minimum membership fee of R125.00 per month.

The membership fees are paid into the U-Care fund by means of debit orders. Out of the U-Care fund they use a maximum of 20% for admin fees. That admin fees are used to pay rent for their offices and pay staff. A minimum of 20% goes to the charity trust account. This will always be more than 20%. You will see later on that if you do not qualify for commission yet, those commissions also goes into the trust account which will dramatically increase this percentage.

Then a maximum of 60% goes towards commissions to the members.

This is a totally transparent business. The bank statements are always available to all members so that you can see where the money went to. You can also see the receipts from the charity organizations who received donations on the internet. That way you can actually call some of the charities and see if they really have received the money.

Your Reward

You will be rewarded for getting more people involved in the business. So YOU will actually GET PAID for helping others.  To explain it in a very simple way. U-Care is like a club. Each member of the club must pay at least R125.00 per month membership fee. If a member recruits more members to join the club, he will receive a portion of those new members’ membership fees as commission for his effort. That is actually all there is to it.

You will get paid commissions up to four levels deep in your business. Remember the example I used in the beginning where I decided not to do all the work on my own but rather “Sub contract” it and share my commission with others. The four levels mean that we “subcontracted” it to four people. (I got you to do it, you got your friend to help you and he got his friend to help him: level 1, 2, 3, 4)

You joined U-Care and of course you cannot keep such a brilliant concept to yourself and you do not want to do all the work by yourself

Thus you go out and tell other people about it. You get 3 of your best friends or family members to join your business. Now you are paid 8% of their monthly contribution (in this case 8% of R125 = R10)

GOOD NEWS: U-Care knows that money is the best motivator you can get. We also realise that we must motivate you to get your business started as soon as possible other wise you might not take it seriously and drop out, ruining a chance of a life time.

If you sign up your first 3 members within 30 days after you registered, you earn a once-off bonus of R100 plus your combined commission for the month, which will be R30! This means that this business does not have to cost you money and you can already break even or make a profit.

Please note that you must have at least 3 people on each level in order to qualify for commission on that level.

Next Step

What must the three people you just signed up do in order to qualify for commission? They have to sign up at least 3 people in their first level! They must of course try to sign up their first 3 members within their first 30 days so that they can also earn the once-off R100 bonus. The first 3 people in your first level signed up 3 people each, which adds 9 people to your second level. YOU are paid R20 per person on your second level per month and your total monthly income can now be R210.00 per month. This means that you are making a profit every month. You never have to worry about your membership fee anymore because it is paid out of your commission.

Please note that if the three people you signed up each signs up their first three within 60 days after you started your business, you will get a once-off "Commitment Reward" of R500.00.

Next Step

What must the nine people in your second level do in order to qualify for commission? They have to sign up at least 3 people in their first level!

The 9 people on your second level subscribe 3 people each in order to qualify for commission. You are paid R30 per person per month on your 3rd level which now gives you a total of R810 on level 3, R180 on level 2 and R30 on level 1.

BUT: If you manage to grow a business where everybody up to your third level signed up at least 3 people (3, 9, 27), you are also paid a 1500 once off bonus.

If you can achieve this in your first 150 days.

Please note:

I do not care who you are or how much you earn, R7,000.00 per month will make a difference to YOUR life. An extra R7,000 per month can buy you a R300,000 car OR R215,000 home.

Please note: that all commissions and figures are based on PAID debit orders only. The money to pay the commissions comes from the monthly membership fees. Thus if one member does not pay his donation for the month, you cannot earn commission on that member for that month. This keeps it fair and prevents the business from falling flat. Commissions are only paid out of money that was received, thus there will always be money available to pay commission.

Extra Bonuses

This year we have some very attractive extra bonuses. All of them are there to motivate you to build a more stable and long lasting business.

1.      If you have 6 active members on your first level and 60 active members in your total network you will get paid a MONTHLY bonus of R500.00 per month.

2.      If you have 10 active members on your first level and 100 active members in your total network you will get paid a MONTHLY bonus of R1000.00 per month.

3.      If you have 15 active members on your first level and 150 active members in your total network you will get paid a MONTHLY bonus of R1500.00 per month.

4.      If you have 20 active members on your first level and 200 active members in your total network you will get paid a MONTHLY bonus of R2000.00 per month.

You will note that the bonuses motivate you to sign up more people in your first level. The reason for this is that it will ensure that you have a more stable business. Not all of us work hard or take the business serious. Statistics showed that if you have 20 active members in your first level that at least 3 of them will work just as hard as you do and they will also sign up 20 in their first level, and so on. If you have 20 active people in your first level and you train and support them like you should, you will be earning R100,000/month within two years from now. If you have 20 active people in your first level there is no way that your business can fail or stop.

Qualify for Commissions

In order to qualify for commission you must have at least three paying members on your first level. They will qualify you for commission on your first level.

At least one of the people in your first level must have at least three people signed up in his first level in order to qualify you for commission in your second level or below. So the person in your level 1 indicated by the blue block, qualifies you for commission in your second level. The person in your second level indicated by the blue block qualifies you for commission in your third level and the person on your third level indicated by the blue block qualifies you for commission on your fourth level. In short this means that on each level you must have at least one member who also signed up three people in his first level in order to qualify you for commission in the level below him.

This is where the extra money for the charities comes from. If you do not qualify for commission on a certain level, the commission is there, it is available but you cannot get it because you do not qualify. So that extra money goes into the Charity Trust Account and to the charities. Some other companies who work on the same principle stick that money into their own pockets. U-Care believes that that money belongs to those who need it most.

Lucky Draw

The names of all paid up members automatically goes into a lucky draw each month and you stand a chance to win one of 5 cash prizes (total R10,000)

Set yourself goals and focus on those goals. Do not focus on how you are going to get there or the difficulties you have to cross to reach your goals. Focus on your goals only and the rest will happen by itself.

Remember that you cannot receive if you do not give. You can start by opening your closet and see which clothes you have not worn in the past year. Take it out and give it to somebody who needs it. You will see that somehow you will receive back more than you gave. You must create a vacuum in order to be able to receive.

Take your right hand and close it. Think for yourself, while your hand is close, can you receive something? No, you cannot, your hand must be open in order to receive something.

I am currently very close to being a millionaire. I do not say this to brag. I say this to show you what the possibilities of this business are. I did not make all my money from U-Care but from a combination of investments of which U-Care formed the basis. Even if you do not earn a massive commission yet, your commission might be just enough to qualify your for a bond to buy an extra property which you can let out or sell a year later. That is one of the things I did to make my money. Think wider, think bigger. Do not only think about the commission you will earn, think about all the other possibilities it can unlock for you. What will you do with an EXTRA R10,000/month? I know what I will do (buy another two flats)

Remember that God wants us to be rich. Do not think lack. Think abundance. If you believe that you cannot do something, you are most probably right, you will not be able to do it while you believe that you cannot do it.

Only if you believe in yourself and your abilities will you be able to do it. We are surrounded by negative beliefs and negative people every day of our lives. Do not let those negative people ruin your dreams and your future.

Where will you be 2 years from now? If you follow the advice above you might just be living in your dream house, driving your dream car while earning a true passive income of R100,000.00 per month.

Remember that our thoughts are the only limits to what we can achieve. Dream your dreams and make it come true.
